My Top Wedding Photos Of 2022
2022 was an incredible year. After starting my business in 2016, I, like many other wedding photographers, was challenged with weathering the storm that was COVID-19 in 2020, and the madness of postponements and last-minute bookings that followed in 2021. As a result, 2022 was a return to normalcy. With zero restrictions and zero worries, weddings were back with a bang!
I photographed a grand total of 34 weddings in 2022, across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridge, London - and even Portugal. From barns to private homes, from manors to warehouses, there was a real mix of styles, personalities and traditions. Outdoor blessings, multicoloured wedding dresses, alpacas, opulent mosaics, tiny capellas… the list of things I got to see goes on and on. There were tears, dancing, confetti cannons, champagne sprays, bouncy castles, and non-stop laughter. And I loved every moment.
Photographing weddings means you're surrounded by love and joy for so much of the year, and it's the best feeling in the world. I’m so grateful to EVERYONE who made 2022 what it was, from couples to suppliers to my family and friends. Thank you so much!
